Not quite sure if this is the right place for this question.
I visited your Sandbox tool, and typed in my URL (http://riteshsapra.net/wp). To my surprise, I could only see Public Service Ads on the Sandbox page, but the ads appear on my website just fine, but the CPC is very very low.
Would you know anything that is going wrong/against me?

This is surprising. Am not sure why Google is returning PSAs for your site but if you change the country from Auto to say, India, the text ads show up just fine.

Amit, I wonder how you could see the text ads if you changed the country to India. I tried doing it, but it still shows me PSA's. My CPC is very low, could it be due to this?

Very very very weird !!! I've tried doing this a zillion times before, from home - from work - but always got PSA's.
Tried again now with Canada, and finally get to see the ads. Now if I change the country to Auto, or for that matter, anything, the ads show up just fine.
