I want to have RSS Feeds from the site.
My problem is that it doesn't provide itself.
Is there any solution for that..??

It's quite easy. There are many online tools that will scan your website and generate a rss file for you. You can then upload the generated rss file to a folder in your website and add the required tags in your html to let people subscribe your content through rss.
This might be little painful job if you update your site too often, but if you update your site only once in a while, it works best.
