Use a flash drive to boot your machine. A tutorial to install Win XP using a flash drive is here.
Naturally, you'll need to perform and prepare the flash drive on a separate PC. Most laptops nowadays come with recovery CDs. However, as you're claiming you have no CD drive, check with your manufacturer if there already is a system recovery partition that can be accesses *before* boot-up occurs.
The only other easy way would be to plug in an external CD drive either via USB or PCMCIA interface.
