   Hi...I have a 468X60 banner google pack referral ad on my site . I have a little confusion . When I was selecting the ad unit , on the right hand side it showed "Targeted Countries" and there default was
   India (I am in India) . There I added US . Does it mean that the referral ad unit will only be shown to visitors from US and India?...Should I add a huge list of countries there so that visitors
   from other countries can also see the ad ?

   Also I installed the preview tool and on my website,I right clicked and chose the 468X60 banner ad.Why does it only show contextual ad samples and why not referral ads?..How would I come to know is a user in Japan is able to see my Google Pack referral ad or not ?

   Please help...Thanks in advance.

   AdSense Product Referrals is something strange.

   You may select ads only for Google Pack to show on your page but don't be surprised if Google starts serving referrals for Firefox or something else though you never requested them.

   I once had a chat with my AdSense rep and he confirmed this behaviour.

   So in your case, if a referral is not available for a particular country, Google may serve something else.
