You might need to edit your .htaccess file for proper redirections to take place.
http://www.besthostratings.com/articles/htaccess-redirects.html has a handy collection of articles related to this.
If you prefer using the cPanel, here's what you should read in order to udnerstand how to set up a (301) Permanent redirect.
so http://www.techiesteps.com is redirected to http://techiesteps.com
Ideally one should no longer be using the www prefix. Here's why - it's redundant.
Also, I tried acessing the non-www URL of your blog and it gave a 404 (not found) error. This means your redirection is NOT in place.
I've also noticed that the footer line at the very end of your main page listing hte copyright info, has "Home | About |Contact | Terms " listed, but they're only text - no links as one would normally expect.

actually there is no problem at all..
the feeds subdomain that you created granted access to feedburner
the root wont be visible.. you will be able to access feeds.techiesteps.com/yourfeedname
however,if you are logged in at feedburner.com
then the subdomain will take you to your feedburner account..
and you can't do anything with htaccess for a subdomain that uses CNAME.Posted 2 years ago # -
