  3. I have been regular digging my posts on digg since 2007 but suddenly my account declared invalid. cause is submitting prohibited spam content to
    Digg.But I am submitting my own blog's post. I could not understand why this action is taken agains me.any suggestion regarding this plz.....

  4. It is against the TOS. Digg is not a place to promote your site but share interesting sites to the community, who will decide whether that submission/site is good based on its content.

    - They dont allow the following.

    - Self promotion in any sorts.
    - Digging from only or more times from single site.
    - Digging a same story from same ip by different people, say your office workers.

    Sometimes these look dumb, but I'm sure Kevin put them in place for a reason - thats spam. :)

  5. Promoting your own stuff is against Digg TOS. And if you must submit some of your stories, submit some other interesting stories with them. Like you submit 10 stories on daily basis, one from your blog and 9 from other popular sources

  6. Yes, It's not good and sooner or later they will ban you for sure. It's a system designed for something which other likes and not to promote your own posts.

  7. Oops! thanks for the information, I always used to digg my stuffs more, though I started newly but I have to takecare of these things now to avoid any such banning.
