There was a link to submit my request to re-activte. I have done this today morning. Can you kindly guide me as to how come such deactivation comes. now the site is not seen.

This is not a uncommon problem - even external site visitor will not be able to access your blogger blog as long the flag is not cleared.
This blog is under review due to possible Blogger Terms of Service violations and is open to authors only
Since you are not hosting porn content, this is likely to be a false alarm triggered by Google's spam filters.
Just follow the instruction on the blogger screen to get it unblocked. It the link to contact support is not available in the the Blogger Dashboard , try the following URL:
http://www .blogger.com/unlock-blog.g?blogID=YOUR_BLOG_ID
Google's blogger team takes 24 to 48 hours to clear the flag.

Hello,
