   i donot have any credit card number to fill the paypal registration. iam from nellore, can i start the paypal without the credit card number

   @mohan : Yes! You can use paypal without any credit card. You can get money from others, send money and even can withdraw money to your bank a/c in India.
   The only problem will be there that your a/c will be tagged as "Unverified" and hence there will be a limit of $500 per month. ;)

   Once you verified your a/c this limit will be revoked.

   @techlee : sorry brother! You seem to be wrong as I have made several transfers with my unverified a/c @ paypal. Fortunately, I have got a credit card now & have added it to my a/c.
