offline rss reader?

    I don't have a internet connection at home so I am looking for a RSS reader that can download all the feeds while i'm online and enable me to read it later while offline.
    please help..
    Also I want to know, which is the best offline browser?

    Hi Brother ! I too faced this problem untill my parents blessed me a broadband ! Well , the best Option is Opera@USB ! It is designed for ur need . Just visit any cyber cafe with ur USB stick and update ur feeds . Bring it back to home .... read them !

    The only problem u will face is PICS & podcasts . It don't save images and other media enclosers !

    Well , It is gr8 and best !
