when we apply for a new adsense account,we have to provide a new website URL.My question is how can Google cross check the payee name with the domain registered owner's name if the domain owner opted for the Domain owner privacy? i.e Domain Privacy is ENABLED

First up all my friend you have to enter name exactly as you are entering in Adsense Application there are various tools avalable to check Domain information like Whois I really dont know about google method but the best way to apply is Make a blog redirect it to .co.cc (Use exact name as your blog) Make sure is redirected then apply to adsense again and Dont forget to Make adsense ads appear on blog because it proves you are the only owner of site
