I have some Videos In MP4 format where the sound levels are very low.I can hardly hear them.Which is the Best Software to boost the Sound levels in a Video ?
Tried virtualDub and Audacity But didnt worked.Please suggest !

Use Mediacoder.
You can also convert the video to an appropriate format if you choose, plus resize, cropping and adding of subtitles possible.
This particular forum topic may guide you to better fine-tune MediaCoder's normalize/gain options so you can boost your audio levels.
Of course you could always use an Equalizer based solution if you're only interested in viewing the video and not making the change permanent.
