How to create a simple submission form including various fields such as name, cell no, email ID, etc… using any free service??
I know zoho.com gives such service but if we want full control over layout then it is not possible in case of zoho.
If I want full control on its layout what should I do??
Is there any way to do this by using any wordpress plugin or by Drupal??
