I need your suggestion regarding copyright issue.
I have a blog called http://blogsolute.com, My blog content is being copied on http://myknow.wordpress.com
Each and every content with word to word copy besides this subtitle, categories and tags and everything is copied by him.
I commented on his post saying that "you should give me credit" so, wherever i commented, he added backlink but what about other content. He is making clone of my site; How to stop him?

    The destination blog is inactive.

However you can always report content theft issues to the advertising partners and hosting providers of the blog that is using your content.

Amit Agarwal has a nice post.

The best option is to find the name of the web hosting company and send them a DMCA letter via email.

You can get a DMCA template here.

What if the copypaste blogger has no such advertising partners and hosted the blog on blogger or some free hosting providers ?

It's very unlikely that someone will take all the pains for nothing.

Maybe the person is initially interested only in content building (copying), but s/he will probably apply to the advertising partners in future and most likely the advertising partners will probably check the site first before allowing their Ads to be shown there.

If the site is hosted on Blogger then you may like to write to Blogger Support and additionally you may like to write to AdSense Support in case you are an AdSense account holder.

    Thanks,
