Is there any criteria that we should have "few number of google adsense add units in a blog" to increase the earnings per click.Because i often use 4-5 adsense units and my earnings are too low.

MemberYou can place up to "three ad units" per page in addition to "three link units" and "three referral units".Extra placements lead to program violations.
Regarding your problem-More the number of ad units you show on your blog,the more are the ads and thus a rise in the number of less paying ads.
So,I advice you to use 2 ad units at max. in addition to any link units.Blend ads into content and try different positions.
I also think your site's niche-"games" has low paying ads.
