I was testing some language translation for my blog from ur website .. but it seems to be somthing wrong..
I tried your translation link on following page..

but after translation .. everything is messing up..
i mean nothing is on the place.. n your left column is coming into middle.
..
n my question..

could you please let me know that how to get dropdown menu language translation box(like urs).. I did see the same box on many wesbites.. but couldn't get script of that..
I would be highly grateful to you.. if you can please send me the script...
