   Hello amit sir,
   When ever i surf the net,i get a problem of "Generic host processes for win 32 services has encountered a problem and needs to be closed,We are sorry for the incovenience." And when i click close,the internet connection gets disconnected in a few minutes and also i cant play any audio or video files.A message displays with an error insert proper sound drivers.
   I have scanned the system several times with the Quick Heal Antivirus,but there are no threats detected.What should i do ????

   I recommend you try scanning your PC using any of the following online antivirus services. If your connection doesn't last that long, try installing an offline A/V like Avira.

   http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

   Also check for malware and use HijackThis to generate a log and post it, so we can check for abnormalities.

   When you post back with results, please include full details of your operating system and service pack and/or any new patches or drivers that you might recently have installed.

   As Spark says, a virus / malware check is recommended but you may also want to make sure you have the latest service packs on the machine.
