   Dear amit,
   i wanted to know about undex page of labnol.org
   whenever we visit labnol we see as

   Title of the Article
   Short text of article

   then same for next article in order of publishing.

   I want to know how you did it? how can we set the index page of our blog to display in this manner instead of showing last published post? Which fixed page you have set as front page and what necessary changes you made in that page.

   Actually that depends on the theme template for your blog, whether it's Blogger or Wordpress or any other solution.

   You'll need to either find a template that allows the same functionality or write your own or pay someone to design a template for you.

   Adding to Sparx,
   If you are a wordpress user, then you will have to use <?php the_excerpt(); ?> command to get the summary of your post on the index.php page.

   If you are a blogger user, then you will have to use the excerpt command of HTML to make the changes accordingly.
