   i am creating new content everyday in my blog and i want to monetize my blog with google adsense.But without high and genuine traffic adsense wont work.

   My problems are:

   1.Where should i start? Search engines dont index sites with low PR right?.Should i concentrate on increasing the PR first?

   2.Submitting sites to Link directories: There are hundreds of them.Should i submit my blog to them?

   3.Asking Related sites to link to me: This is another option.But why should other sites link to me bcoz if they link to me they will lose traffic.

   4.Spamming Social Networking sites like Orkut,facebook and all that wont help in the long run.Should i spam those sites to get some initial publicity and later stop that after some months?

   I am an amateur blogger and need help.As always Digital inspiration is my Blogging School.

   1.Where should i start? Search engines dont index sites with low PR right?.WRONG - A SITE IS AWARDED PR BECAUSE GOOGLE CRAWED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE.

   Should i concentrate on increasing the PR first? YOU SHOULD CONCENTRATE ON INCREASING YOUR POST FREQUENCY AND ADDING MORE QUALITY CONTENT.

   2.Submitting sites to Link directories: There are hundreds of them.Should i submit my blog to them?
   SUBMIT TO THE BEST FEW. REST ARE SCRAP.

   3.Asking Related sites to link to me: This is another option.But why should other sites link to me bcoz if they link to me they will lose traffic.
   THEY WILL NOT LOSE TRAFFIC. IF LABNOL LINKED TO YOU WOULD ALL THE TRAFFIC BE LOST? BREAK OFF FROM THIS IDEA, IM GUESSING WITH THIS THOUGHT YOU WONT LINK TO ANYONE EITHER.

   FOCUS ON YOUR CONTENT. EVEN IF YOU SPAMMED, WHAT DO THEY SEE WHILE THEY COME IN? MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SOME STICKY CONTENT READY.

   THINK ON A HIGHER LEVEL, TRAFFIC DOESNT MEAN THE ONE GUY YOU MANAGED TO MAE VISIT YOUR SITE FROM ORKUT BY SPAMMING, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT 1000S. THAT HAPPENS ONLY WITH QUALITY CONTENT.

   Focus on PR only if you are looking to make money with link sales . Sometimes you have a PR but not much traffic .

   To make your site popular you need quality content and importantly marketing skills .

   You should link to a site if its needed.

   If your site is new use image ads .
