Any ideas on increasing traffic to my blog: http://nomadicrider.com.
I started blogging a couple of months back and while google does index all my pages (and I'm atleast on the first page in some keywords), I still get a paltry 30-50 visitors a day. I'm still working on the monetizing and placement of ads but would first like to increase the pageviews.
Also, what is the average time on site for all you guys' visitors ?

reading my post again, I realise I shouldn't have given the blog link here as this makes it sound like I'm promoting my blog here. Sorry, for that, but I'm seriously looking for some advice and not trying to promote my blog in any way.

The best way to attract good traffic is very well known - keep writing more and more nice, useful and fresh articles. Just think of retaining (and making them returning) the traffic first and let your content do the rest.
You have started only a couple of months back so nothing really unusual happening to you. I would suggest you to focus only on content building for at least next 2-3 months. Don't sway too much from the main objective of the blog. This will save your precious time from getting wasted in writing not-so-relevant and hence relatively insignificant articles.
You might already be knowing and doing all this. If that's the case then just continue that. All the best!
