Hmm... If you save the page in question as a complete web archive (.mht), wouldn't that work for you?
If you want a single file, use Internet Explorer. Click FILE > SAVE AS and choose WEB ARCHIVE , single file (.mht) from the dropdown menu.
Firefox also has a similar option which you can use, although it will output an HTML file and a folder containing all the elements that are required to show the page.
Naturally, this will NOT work for pages with server side scripting and AJAX based sites.
Also, try Evernote - it tends to retain the formatting when you add clips to its database.
Clipmarks and Iterasi may also be viable options. See which of these meet your needs.

Why don't you click on 'View' - 'Page Source'- Copy it and then paste in Microsoft Frontpage and save. It will save the CSS file for sure. You can also copy this code to an account you create in JIMDO.com and it will give you a clean copy of the code and the resultant page.

What about the other online services like Clipmark and Iterasi? What exactly are you looking to accomplish? A faithful copy of the page, or a chance to look at the CSS code?
You might also want to look at a site copier like WinHTTrack - it'll download complete copies of websites including all the css files and images, so you have a mirror image on your local disk.

Why don't you post some more feedback about the other services that have been recommended? How did they differ from "Scrapbook"?
And if we can take the effort to share and recommend stuff to you, dear sir, the least you can do is at atleast type more than one or two lines.

1.
I've tried
1.Esnips with firefox toolbar
2.Zoho notebook with firefox plugin
3.Google Notebook (which is shutting down -
4.Iterasi with firefox Plugin
5.Evernote with firefox pluginAnd 7. Google Docs with firefox plugin (gdocsbaar)
in comparison of firefox plugin "Scrabook" which can save whole page or page snippets bot with images, background images ,CSS or JavaScript too.
Some of these services can save whole page with same web page formatting but i just want to save the area which i select in any page with same look and formatting same like "Scrapbook" does.
If you are a user of scrapbook than u can understand properly what i'm saying otherwise u will not understand.2.
i like the some thing in Gdocsbar plugin where we can select and drag to make a new docs file every time. but i don't want to make new file every time i want to save selected snippets in old saved file.Posted 1 year ago #
