It would be much helpful if you could give us your website url.
Here's why this happened. Google has a big TOS which needs to be read. And a part of it says that you must have unique content for your blog in order for Google to show ads.
In Google's Email to you they must have provided a Resubmission link. Try that. Good Luck!

It's quite possible that Google may have no inventory for your site at that time.
