   Hello
   You can definitely make your blog look like a website. If you host this blog on custom domain it will be a great difficluty to guess that its ablog, as it looks like a website.

   To make changes in your template you need to go to template option og blogger and make the necessary HTML changes so that your blog gets a look as you desired.

   I wont recommend you any site for template designs as they can never provide a template as you want or which best suites your blog.

   If you want to see an example of Blog looking like a website go through these

   I agree with the post above, first of, get a hosting site and then you can easily modify the links to look like an html site..
