   Hi Prabhakar,
   I am assuming you have paypal account, which is verified by paypal india team. They require any authentic proof, like scanned copy of your PAN Card, electricity bill etc..

   After you have the verified account with paypal, you get an option to transfer money to any banks in India, including SBI. In other words, withdraw money from paypal and submit in SBI.

   Website content reads as below:

   PayPal offers the following options for withdrawing funds from your PayPal account.

   Options
   Withdraw funds to your bank account Banks in India

   Processing Time
   5-7 Business Days

   Cost to be borne by account holder:
   - Free for Rs.7,000.00 INR or more
   - Rs 50.00 INR for Rs.6,999.99 INR or less
