UnregisteredAccording to my point of view... First of all you need quality content... Secondly you must be consistent.. third you need to have a simple template rather than those buggy and full of java scripts third party templates...
Make your blog\website user friendly by making it simple and easy to navigate..

UnregisteredPR is all about inbound links, the inbound links which would pass on some PR juice from the linking website will lead to increase or decrease in PR. It has nothing to do with your SERPs, so its totally not needed to concentrate on this PR.Instead concentrate on your SERPs and traffic. Just have this for fun alone, dont take it much serious.
