PageRank ( also called as PR ) depends upon the backlinks you have . Currently i see none for your site .
You can gain backlinks by asking users to link to your site .

According to my point of view... First of all you need quality content... Secondly you must be consistent.. third you need to have a simple template rather than those buggy and full of java scripts third party templates...
Make your blog\website user friendly by making it simple and easy to navigate..

PR is all about inbound links, the inbound links which would pass on some PR juice from the linking website will lead to increase or decrease in PR. It has nothing to do with your SERPs, so its totally not needed to concentrate on this PR.Instead concentrate on your SERPs and traffic. Just have this for fun alone, dont take it much serious.

I think page rank is not an exact measure.As long as you are getting traffic for your blog it is okay.But you are really serious about only page rank better try as our friends suggested ..........Get backlinks for your site.Good day:)
