raj : you need to edit your blogger template to change the comment box code.As for this site it is hosted on self hosted wordpress and its code probably wont work for you.

1> I think that You are @ Blogger .
2> I guess that you are using blogger's default Comment box at your blog and want to implement a comment box below your posts .
3> Blogger Also offers such type of Comment box , and you don't need "Codes" of anything else .
4> To use this Just log-on to http://Draft.Blogger.com . Now Go Dashboard >Settings >Comments . Now Select desired option from "Form Placement" . And you r done !!
5> Moreover , you can visit my blog . I m @Blogger and using this !
