hi amit ,
i tried to get a new adsense account but google is not approving some persons are getting those approvals within 1 hour for the fresh blogs but i am unable to get the approval any new account will you please help me out of here i need a new adsense account please tell me the procedure how to get a new approval forward to my mail please

I think that Google is getting more strict in releasing new adsense accounts. There are some general rules they are following for adsense accounts in India
a)Your top level domain has to be more than 6 months old.
b)The domain should be registered in your name.
c)There should be Substantial content on the site.
Do you pass all these criteria?

i have a blog with useful content , you are saying that google made their policies very strict but some persons are getting approvals within 1 hour with their fresh blogs but they are not revealing their secret , will you please tell me about that how to get a new adsense account.

There is nothing secret in getting adsense account approved. According to the new Adsense policy, a domain should be 6 months old to be eligible for Adsense approval. If you don't have such domains, wait till your domain complete 6 months!
Once I read an article that getting Adsense approval through Blogger blogs is easy and fast! You can try it! (not sure) :)

I am new to this forum but having a terrific experience of adsense you said adsense is strict ya it should be but listen they are not strict at all there is a way or procedure to get into adsense
Adsense Account is a dream for every small and big web publisher now I came to my point
I will list error and there solutions
1)First you need a six months old blog please dont ask why
2)Then you will face error Inacceptable content
Ans:-This error means you have copied content or inacceptable content
solve this with http://copyscape.com
3) High level Domain (www.Example.com)
Ans:- you need to redirect your blog to another domain name
redirect your blog to .co.cc they give 1year free now redirect your blog use same name as your blog Example I have http://yogirocks.blogspot.com I will redirect it to http://www.yogirocks.co.cc (use the Same name as your blog) to know how to setup or redirect kindly search google while applying to adsense apply for .co.cc
4) Difficult site navigation
Change your template Post again
and then apply for high level domain again use your.co.cc,.com in Adsense application
5)our specialists have found that it does not meet our program
criteria. Therefore, we are unable to accept you into our program ,Program crieteria Issue

You have to have lot of original content on your blog and maybe a decent web design for them to consider approving your AdSense request.

what to do, we(indians) had done some mistakes (click fraud) & we have to pay for it...?!
Let me come to your problem, now adsense is approving new account which meet their TOS(terms & conditions)..
Condition for Approval:-
1-> Domain like .com (not blogspot) with 6 month old
2-> With god SEO optimised website
3-> Good traffic (minimum 30 unique visitors per day)
4-> Minimum of 50post (articles) in your blog
5-> If your listed in DMOZ categories it will be very usefull
These are the basic needs for adsense approval now in india ....

I am from India. Last month I applied for Google AdSense, with in 3 months of owning my custom domain http://www.techno-pulse.com . It got approved in 3 working days. From my AdSense experience I can say that, your blog must satisfy the following before you apply:
1. Content Quality should be excellent.
2. At least 30 unique visitors per day.
3. At least 15 well written articles.
4. PageRank doesn't matter. (was 0 for my blog, when I applied)
5. It's not necessary to wait for 6 months if you've a quality content in your blog (even if you are from India or China).

Hey, Just go get an account at Indyarocks.com and opt into the adsense program. This is how they guys who are charing are getting it. There are other methods, but I am guarding these methods like a hawk.
