I have downloaded some power point e-mails which have good music along with slide show. How can I copy just the music from it.Thanks

If you save the powerpoint file as a html PowerPoint creates a single HTML file using the name you just specified say "myname.html". It also creates a new folder called "myname_files" Now open "myname_files" folder where you'll find all the files related to that presentation and among them will be the sounds and original image files from your presentation.
this will work if you have the original .ppt file.
If you don't have the .ppt file lthen you might be able to use audacity to record the audio by playing the presentation on your PClet me know if you have any questions about using audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/)
