   blogger doesn't provide any separate user registration option for each blog.. You can use the Blogger Followers widget on your blog.. this will allow your readers to follow you...

   You cannot have that option for Blogger. Although if you really want it for your blog then you need to transfer to Wodpress and then you need to switch on Subscriptions.

   You can try...ZOHO, it provides web form interfaces and you get some space.
   step1>>go to http://www.zoho.com
   step2>>create an account
   step3>> create your registration form with your desired fields.
   step4>>add javascript if you want to validate the form
   step5>>You have an option for embedding form on Blogger.
   that's all you have done.
   You publish that code as one of the blogpost and name it as you wish like feeback...leave ur details.. register
   Note that it just provide some info to store on zoho database..........if u want you can try!!
