Is only Gmail Blocked ? Well in that case you can FORWARD automatically your all mails to a different Non-gmail account like Yahoo! etc . To opt this Go to Setting Panel of your Gmail a/c .

Moreover Amit Sir has already written about "How to access blocked website" type article ...search through the archive and enjoy !

There is another cool option of POP access ( via Outlook or thunderbird ) You can also try SimpleMail which is a firefox addon !! But , i am not sure that these will work !

Try using the Opera Mini browser either on your WAP/GPRS based phone or using the Web Simulator.

It's blazingly fast...

Another option is to use proxy services or anonymous surfing sites like www.hidemyass.com or http://www.anonymizer.com/

Or try this.

Access Gmail from your home and setup email forwarding to Windows Live or Yahoo mail that aren't blocked in your office.

Some more ideas for Google Talk.
