    Hello!

I operate a blog on computers in Blogger. It's ranking on Google was very good (around 3rd-7th). Then, I started using Google webmaster tools & noticed that 28 links were being blocked by the robots.txt file. All these links were label links (ie. http://pcbeginners.blogspot.com/search/label/?????)

Then, I submitted a sitemap to Google Webmasters. Gradually, the links blocked reduced to 5. And along with it, the ranking of the blog started dropping sharply. Now, it cannot be found in Google normally, though site:http://pcbeginners.blogspot.com shows several results. I think that it might be the case of duplicate content (as the posts & the label posts show up as similar)

So, how can I solve this problem?

    Thanks in advance,

    Viral

  2. So, is there a solution for this? Also, the blog is ranking first on Yahoo! currently. I think that I should try a re-inclusion request in Google.

  3. The problem has been solved now. I had accidentally used the NOINDEX meta tag on the blog. So, for those facing a similar problem, check the META tags.
