   I just noticed that labnol uses h2 tags for page title.. Is there any advantage of using h2 tags instead of h1 tags for page title ?

   No.. no particular advantage. Just an aesthetic choice as far as I can think.

   Amit can answer this best, of course.

   It would be useful to know from Amit why he has chosen to keep h2 tags instead of h1 for his post titles.
   But normally ,is it not better to keep h1 tags for the title and h2 for sub headers?
