  1. I started my own blog about 1 month ago call guidetolearnjapanese.com and I do update my site on a regular basis. But it seems that google is sending visitors to my front page where they can't find what they are searching for. The reason is because I update my site on a regular basis and on google search page still thinks that the infomation needed by users is still on my front page. But i've already updated the front page with new info, so the old info is not there anymore, its on the second or third page instead.

And google is taking forever to index my other pages.

How can I solve this problem? Should I wait because its a new site?
I've got google webmaster account and the "set crawl rate\" to fast option is not available at the moment.

    Best regards

Wands - three questions for you:

    1. How old is your site ?

    2. Run this query on Google.com - site:guidetolearnjapanese.com - does it show all your pages.

    3. Can you write some sample query for which Google is sending traffic to your home page instead of the actual article.

  3. 1. My site is 1 month old.

    2. It does not show all my pages. The pages that were updated like 3 days ago were not shown.

    3. Try this query "japanese adjectives" without the quotes. And this one too "how to learn how to read japanese sentences quick"

My blog is first on the search results. The cache shows the old updates. But if you were to go to the site, its new information. And because of that, my visitors can't find what they want. Its all on the second and third page

    Best regards

Wands - your site is very new so these kind of fluctuations are very normal.

Focus on writing content and things will automatically fall in place after few weeks / months.

Wands, it's normal, one month is too less a time to analyse this. But as a quick fix, I'd suggest teh following.

    - Gor for some link building on the inner pages.
    - Check your sitemap settings. All the pages are set to "monthly" crawl frequency. Change it to daily/weekly. At least the articles.

    Makes sense?
