i create my google profile http://www.google.com/profiles/114431699675803242895 and then i want to change it into my google user name

bt google does nt show my url. no links there for create my url with my user name .according to this http://www.labnol.org/internet/vanity-url-for-google-profiles/8202/ google shows options for me bt he shows verify ur email address .
