Absolutely not. The images that are displayed belong to the owners and you shouldn't use them without prior permission.
Look for media with the creative commons license and/or royalty-free images. Naturally screenshots of software *can* be used in a reasonable way.
search for Flickr images with a CC license here.

The creator of Obama "Change" poster was in a fix recently as used an image from Google Images though it was a property of Associated Press.
