   Dear Amit,
   As according adsense terms one can't link to Adsense Search results and CSE results for particular keywords or sitesearch by a hyperlink.

   But is it legal to link to other non adsense search results served by Google Search Engine like i use on my blog for related posts to automate related posts section to provide users related information.

   I usually link to Google using this code:
   http://www.google.com/search?q=search+term&sitesearch=mysite.com
   for my website's related posts section, see for yourself:
   http://babesdb.blogspot.com/

   Would it be legal according to adsense terms, if i put a CSE or Google Adsense Search box on my site as i already link to google search results from my blog pages.

   Moreover, i have heard somewhere that they don't allow publishers to put any other search engine with their adsense search on the same page but the blogger navbar search exists.

   Also, kindly suggest by analysing my site design, where should i place my adsense search box; should i place it in sidebar by creating a new sidebar floating box at top, which is already overcrowded or should i place it at the bottom where copyright notices are placed.

   It is legal to link to other non adsense search results served by Google Search Engine. but not with someones adsense ID in it.

   So CSE is out of picture.

   blogger navbar is a google product so chill buddy.
