   I have made some changes in my blog
   itomo.blogspot.com/
   Do you think the 250 x 250 at the top is ok.
   or do i have to change it from there..
   I mean can i place my ads right at the top of the blog post?

   Well....

   You can place ads at the top of your posts. But it may not improve your click-thru rate because the readers would be looking for content, and not ads.

   I would recommend placing ads between posts or after those, this way, the visitors might click them, if they are much related with your content, than when kept at the top of the post.

   I saw your site and that new 250 x 250 at the post of posts. If you're somewhat familiar with HTML and CSS, I think you could try to change the layout. Look for a personalized theme rather than ready made ones.

   Try another one of my tricks - change your favicon. This way, you can stand special if someone bookmarks you, from the blogger blogs, which usually have a default favicon.
