is there a way to make in gmail a same Label for From :two email address.

Sure. Assuming, you want emails from 2 email addresses - tester@abc.org & sampler@xyz.com to be labeled as TEST49, here's what you do:
First create the Filter.
Click SETTINGS > FILTERS and at the bottom of the page, click CREATE A NEW FILTER.
In the FROM field, type in the email addresses separated by OR "tester@abc.org OR sampler@xyz.com". The OR operator will assign the label if it meets any of the email addresses or terms listed.
Click TEST SEARCH to display and verify messages that you want to label. After this, click NEXT and check the actions that you'd like GMail to perform - in this case, we want to label those conversations with the label TEST49. SO, click the drop-down box for labels and click NEW LABEL, type the label name TEST49 and click CREATE FILTER.
