   There's no such thing as "free" but if your website has only a few dozen files, you may use Google Pages.

   free as in no cash, but you need to be an active member of their forums. You get what you paid for, so don't expect anything too great.

   Indian Web Hosting Standards aren't much competitive .
   Go For an Offshore hosting company .

   As a matter of fact most indian hosts have their server outside India .

   You can go with www.one.com, they are providing free hosting and doamin for 1 year. but they are collecting setup fee. one.com is HP's subsidary

   I don't think that One.com is HP's subsidiary - they are using HP servers for their web hosting.
