Hi,
I am using Google Adsense link unit in my blog. However, with the link unit it is hard for me to figure out who is advertising on the blog (without clicking the ad)?
Can you please suggest a safe and legal workaround.

I am not sure why it is hard for you to figure out who is advertising. The url is normally there at the bottom. You can either type the url on a separate browser window/tab or click on the side(don't click on the url) of the url and drag to select and copy the url and paste it.

My question is abut the Link Unit.

In the Link Unit, URL is not visible. Hence my question.

You can open the AdSense sandbox at http://www.labnol.org/google-adsense-sandbox/ and type the URL of your website.
You'll know who's advertising on your site for any geographic region.
