   what is the difference between http://feedburner.com and http://feedburner.google.com?

   No too much. Google purchased FeedBurner & now in process to move it to a new domain feedburner.google.com

   If you use feedburner.google.com to burn your feeds, you would have the resultant URL as feedproxy.google.com/xyz

   Moreover, adsense for feeds is enabled in new feedburner. You can move to Google Feedburner from older feedburner without losing any subscriber (google claims so)& with a mouse click only.
