HI Amit,
I have finally moved from blogspot to custom blog (this one also hosted by blogger) as discussed in http://www.labnol.org/forums/topic/blogger-to-custom-domain.
I have some problems with RSS redirection though:
1) I am using feedburner for both OLD_BLOG and NEW_BLOG. For my NEW_BLOG I went to "Edit Feed Details…" > "original feed" and changed it to my OLD_FEED. Now here what is happening is that in my NEW_FEED I can see the old content which is published on OLD_BLOG but not the new content of NEW_BLOG. How can I resolve this?
2) From now onwards I don't want the new content from my OLD_BLOG to show up in my NEW_FEED. By new content in OLD_BLOG I mean the excerpts and link to the content posted on NEW_BLOG. Well, I want it exactly the way you have done here [http://www.labnol.org/internet/blogging/moving-blog-from-blogger-to-wordpress-with-rss-feeds/1870/] in step 9. but what I see as of new is that NEW_FEED has the new content of OLD_BLOG also.
Could you please tell where am I going wrong?
By the way Amit, the way you have "shifted from blogger to wordpress" was an excellent one. I am also trying to follow similar steps only diff being I am not moving from blogspot to wordpress but from blogspot to custom domain(hosted with blogger only).
