   I have embedded a flash file in one of my blogger posts. To do this I have used the script suggested by you in one of your old posts - embed flash video.

   But I do not want the flash file to replay every minute as it is doing now. I just want it to play once.

   I have tried to manipulate the 'autoPlay' and 'autoRewind' params to 'false'. But that did not help. Please suggest.

   That code for Flash Video files (FLV) not Flash animations that have an extension swf.

   If you want to embed swf movies, you can simple use the following code:

   
<embed src="SWF_FILE_URL" width="123" height="123" loop="false" autoplay="false">

   This is true, but only works when swf file has no movie clips with their own timeline. Commands loop="false" and autoplay="false" affects only main timeline. So, for example, if swf clip contains a blinking star which moves across the screen(from left to right), but the star itself is a movie clip, after one loop it will stop moving but still blink, because inner timeline is not stopped for the star.

   I used the above code to open up an mp3 automatically when someone clicks on my podcast. Google kept giving me error messages about closing <embed. I'm stuck.
