Hi Anoop! This link is only for the creator / uploader of the video.
If you use Firefox, you are lucky as there are several add-ons for youtube which enable users to download videos from YouTube (& other sites as well!) in many formats like MP4, FLV etc.
YOu can try this cute add-on : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/11869 :)
