I want to purchase a domain name and create a website for my small business , the name I have in mind is available , I just don't want to get ripped off or sucked into a spiral of never ending charges , any suggestions welcome , advice , thanks Michaelangelo

You can purchase the domain at Godaddy.com, but they send a lot of emails regarding new offers, you can just ignore them. Or you can log into your account and opt out of those emails.

And I think you know that, you will be charged annually for the domain.

Go for Godadddy.com u will get domain names for very low prices. Go for verio they have a very well customer support system n they charge 9.95$
