Does Google Place Costly Ads if Page Rank is high?

    My blog ranks 0 and i think i have good traffic to my blog.But, i am getting clicks but my revenue is like .02 to.10 per click..
    IF i get my page to at rank 2 or 3 is there any chance that i can get more costly ads in my blog.

    Your blog is only 4 months old.It needs some time to develop the page rank.Even i also have a 0 PR.

    I dont think that increase in PR will cause your Ad revenue to increase dramatically.I think to increase your ad revenue you should target "keywords".

    it depend on many things.One of them is increasing of number of your backlink.
