Dataone broadband Billing Complaint

  1. Hi All, i have got a new connection from BSNL Dataone. To my shock i have received a bill of over 12000 for 2 months of usage. can anyone tell me how i can prove that i haven't used 10GBs on the connection in 2 months. also is it possible for someone else to use my connection without me knowing? i have tried checking the BSNL website to try and find how much is my usage, but the link on the BSNL.CO.IN website takes me no where. can anyone help?

    Hi,I have got new broad band connection.I have applied for H250 plan but my billing has been carried out asper the H500 plan.I had met with all related authorities of BSNL gwalior.They are saying that this technical problem.My question is that why I should be panlised for Bsnl technical problem.They are saying that you have be in H500 plan for minimum three month and I have to pay also.So advise me what should I do and where I should register the complain.
