   I want to prepare a catalog of all the post i have posted on my blog till now on my system so that i can search through all my post on my system in the offline mode so is there any software that can solve the purpose.

   You have two options:

   1. Use wget or HTTrack to download everything from the blog to your hard drive and use Copernic or Google Desktop search to find through your blog posts offline.

   2. If you are on blogger, try this Blogger backup tool
