   Hi there

   I am trying to copy data tables from word to excel. however, when i do, the bottom rows do not merge-- every other row does, but the bottom rows stay unmerged in my excel document. i need all the spaces to be merged when they paste-- any tips?

   i also tried copying just the text instead of the entire table. this time it merged, but cut off the left-most part of the word data so that words were chopped off.

   You can do it very easily
   Step-1: Open excel file then Insert Menu> Object> Microsoft Word Document> click Ok
   Step-2: Just copy your word files or table into the space.

   You can do the same think also in MS. Word.
