I found a 10 minute webinar that I would like
to copy to a cd so I can listen to it regularly.
How do I do this?

First, determine what sort of format the clip is in. If it's been uploaded to Youtube, you can use a converter like http://vixy.net to convert the Youtube video and grab only the MP3 audio which can then be subsequently burnt to an audio CD. If you'd rather view it, then you can burn the converted AVI file - look thru the drop down list of options.
Hi, it's not a YouTube video. But how
do I determine what format it is in?
It was on Dr Oz:

Its a .mp4 video which u wil come to know when you start downloding it. I have checked it its in .mp4 format. You can do one thing download this video in ur hardisk an then download xilisoft video converter which can convert this video in any format in which you want it to be. It supports all video and audio formats(.avi,.mp3,.mp4,.3gp,.mkv.mpeg..and many more..
2) To write it to cd u can use softwares like Nero, Alcohol, Power Iso. in window XP.
