can i add "google_max_num_ads = '2';" in adsense code?

    hello i have seen my friends adsense code with more attributes than original code like
    google_ad_output = 'js';
    google_max_num_ads = '2';
    google_encoding = 'utf8';
    and there are many more like this
    can i add them in my adsense code some one please help me?

    I guess Javascript based custom Google ads are only available for premium AdSense partners.
